This Center have two main segments: a National Delivery (or "Overflow") Team to handle spikes in volume, and a Specialty Recruiting Team for hard-to-find or niche skill sets. Meeting High Volume Needs - If the US-based recruitment team cannot meet client demand on their own, due to volume requirements or hard-to-find skill set, Mindlance’s Global Recruiting Center steps in. Our Global Delivery Team, comprising 30+ Recruiters, works in collaboration with the respective account teams to ramp up our recruiting capabilities.
A Focus on the Hottest Skills - Our Global Recruiting Center is also comprised of a team of Specialty Recruiters who are dedicated to sourcing talent with specific skill sets (i.e., OBIEE, SAP niche modules, EPIC, etc.) that are in short supply. Each skill set is professionally managed by a Technical Analyst who is the Subject Matter Expert (SME) within their niche technology and helps to provide additional understanding of emerging market and industry trends. To ensure Mindlance provides quality candidates, this person is also responsible for drilling down into client requirements and works directly with our Specialty Recruiters as they screen top-tier candidates for our customers.
Through the GRC, Mindlance can customize a unique account plan for each customer, and the results are measured by the increase in productivity and efficiency for our customers.
